I think it's dangerous starting with the title to be honest. I intended to make my 2nd novel 'The Temple of the Mad God' but I didn't get the story to where I wanted for it to fit. Now I'm writing book 5 as 'The Temple of the Mad God' I just hope it fits THIS time! :P
I have a title. Titles can be springboards, or writing prompts. "Lemons, Dilemmas, and Oh Baby", is my current work in progress. A Contemporary Romance.
Titles are good for that, but I really think you have to be flexible and prepared to change them. If I'd stuck doggedly to calling book 2 'The Temple of the Mad God' it would have been about a million words long! :P
