I can answer this question regarding Amy's Books. Tie: Georgia and Moses from "The Law of Moses" because you just have to read it to know why. And Eva and Mario in "From Sand and Ash". I have never seen a couple go through such pure hell to keep finding each other, and the most unexpected twist towards the end.
