Debra Lucas I have realized, having been a LIBRARIAN, that libraries, like where I worked in Wake County, NC; don't order so many good of the best books!! They order almost strictly from catalogs: Publishers Weekly, or The Library Journal. I wish I knew how that could be changed! I've found, since joining Goodreads, that libraries really don't order some of the best books out there. I don't even read half of the books I put on hold at my library. There are SO MANY OTHERS THAT ARE BETTER! We need to start a new journal called " Books Every Library Should Order". I feel like libraries are becoming very old-fashioned in the way that they order books. Any ideas on how that can be changed, Kate?

Kate Quinn I'm the daughter of a librarian, and my mother said exactly the same thing about catalog ordering. I think a Goodreads group for librarians with a "Books Every Library Should Order" list would be an excellent start!
