I am currently reading The Half-Drowned King and loving it! LIke you, I have always been fascinated in Norse history--but as a former French teacher, I was especially interested in the Viking influence in Normandy. I am writing a Viking series based in 10th century Normandy, weaving together history and mythology into a romantasy trilogy. Just wanted to tell you how much I am loving The Half-Drowned King!
