I just found out through my DNA Ancestry that I am 64% Irish/English and my husband is mostly German/French. It is all so fascinating to me. My husband is a distant cousin of (Lord?) Admiral Nelson. Hoping to find out more about our ancestry in future research.
So interesting! I've been thinking about doing that (DNA test) too. Once you get started searching ancestors, it's hard to stop!
