Mine too. My latest novel Gwenna was inspired (loosely) by my great-grandmother a sugar boiler in Wales.
A sugar boiler? never heard of that as a job. Sounds fascinating. Where in Wales did she live?
A sugar boiler makes sweets. They had their own confectionery business. In South Wales in Merthyr Tydfil
Ah, I hadn't thought of sweets. I've been to Merthyr. We live in West Wales.
