Ryan Like former Navy seals, do retired federal agents have to have the US government censors preview their books before publishing?

Gary Collins Not if it is fiction and doesn't talk about anything you did that could be considered sensitive information or classified. But former Navy SEALS, and others in sensitive positions do it all the time in non-fiction. Tom Clancey had information that could be considered classified in his fiction, but no one ever said anything. I guess it depends who you know.
