The time of ancient Sumeria is of interest to me too but you probably know more than I. One thing that is known to me; Be careful of 'who' the author is and their sources.
Yes, agreed. I'm trying to read books written by authors who are scholarly. There seems to be large swath of people who start to stretch their imagination and see all kinds of deep, hidden messages or origins. Of course, as a fiction write I seem to be venturing in that direction, but only for entertainment for me and readers :0)
And yes...I see my reading list has one book which is suspect, but may have some fascinating, outlandish ideas that will influence my writing since the trilogy is a paranormal fiction.
