Hi Patricia,Thank you so much for your reply.Yes, I think Letta did go on to teach children all the words she knew.She may even set up a language school in the future.After I wrote my review I was in the mood to read The Wordsmith again,I am enjoying even more this time ( if that's possible).I feel all really good books are worth reading over and over.
