Thanks! Nothing against any author or artist who does it, but I am not comfortable doing it in my work. I got a note similar to yours shortly after the book came out, and I made some small edits to make Peyton's recommendation to her EIS students less brand-specific (ie, get yourself an audiobook, not an Audible audiobook). It is still in the print-edition, however (50,000 copies were printed in the first run).
