Cherri-Anne I actually have done the same thing! I post ALL of my reviews on kobo (as long as the book is available there, obviously!) and sometimes they show up, sometimes not. I did a live chat to ask, she couldn't find anything about it so she *said* she escalated it but it has been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back from them. Will contact them again and if I get a response I will let you know!

PelicanFreak I post on Kobo regularly - every book I read that is on there actually. And I've never made a purchase.

S.M. Pratt Thanks, PelicanFreak. I think some Kobo readers were misinformed by one Kobo rep who didn't fully understand the terms... I followed up with Kobo support a few months ago, and it should be sorted now.

Cherri-Anne I find now that my reviews post with no issues IF I open up an Incognito tab in Chrome. Otherwise, they don't post even if I have bought the book (which is not supposed to be a factor).
