Well we do have our fair share of eccentrics and we embrace that, but he popped his elastic on the eccentric boundary a long time ago, I think he's now heading towards the mentally disturbed and you know I never make or comment on anything political.

Sadly, his party controls the White House, Senate, House, and federal courts. It's like the lunatics running the asylum.
