So glad you asked! I have talked with my friend and sound engineer Jon Koons, and we have been trying to work this out. I currently live and perform on a cruise ship, but we have figured out a method to create a small "sound booth" for me on the ship. I hope to start on that in November, with the audio book of FIRE IN THE MIND coming out early next year.
That's brilliant. Try and get a narrator who can do both male and female voices makes the books so much better. I will look forward to listening.
Well, as a trained actor and someone intimately involved with he characters, I will be narrating. I have done audio books and voice-over work in the past, so it is a good fit.
I will stick a note on my next years calendar and keep a look out for it. I have now bought the 2nd book and can't wait to get reading. If you can give me an update when the audio is to be released I would be very grateful.
