Thank you for the response. Peopleware and Slack are selling well. Deadline is the best book. I follow your approach of deadline since 2006. It has been a brilliant lesson in leadership. I still feel today's people are less people and more technology. The superhuman feeling that technology can overcome people issues is frightening. Kudos to you for your inspiration and lessons I have learnt from your books. Deadline is still my favorite. It has helped me lead from the front and ensure bureaucracy doesn't affect my team.
