I have had something like this happen to me recently. Two of my friends one was blamed the other was the victim. I don't know how to react because of how she has been acting. I feel like this is wrong of me for not understanding how to react.
It's an extremely difficult position to be in. Your friends with both of them and you don't mention how old you are. May I suggest you contact RAINN.org? They can help you and it can even be anonymous if you prefer.
The best thing you can do for your friend who was the victim is to listen to her. Let her be sad or mad or whatever she feels. Encourage her to seek help, too. As for the friend who was blamed, that's a lot harder to manage. It will feel like taking sides. I hope you'll contact an organization like RAINN.org. They have people trained to help.
