Hi Amy, thank you for responding so fast, much appreciated. But the link you provided is the same one I tried and it says that title is currently unavailable. I'm in the states, obviously, maybe it's only for other countries?
Hey Cc, thats so wierd given its an eBook!.. Itcould be because its the Australian version/cover maybe? I can buy it so it might be a geo thing. If you give me the email addy associated with your Amazon account I can gift it to you if you like? Thats probably the easiest way to do it?

Hi Amy! Thank you so much for the gift, unfortunately (argh) Amazon will not let me have because of copy right issues. They say it’s not licensed to sell in the USA. I so appreciate your lovely gesture. Amazon truly blows my mind sometimes. 😜
