Christina McKnight Writing, as a profession or hobby, is a very solitary endeavor. Keeping your motivation high means believing in your craft.

Cintia I know, I even started writing because I was lonely. But I don't seem to be able to produce new things, and that's depressing

Christina McKnight Depending on your genre, I find great idea by reading other books or even researching interesting aspects of history. Right now I'm writing a book that incorporates the popular sport of bare knuckle boxing during the Regency period. Try looking for inspiration in new places :-)

Cintia That's what I do, I read tons of books, and write in my blog, but I've had it for a year and a half and still there's no comments, so I can't know people's response to it :(
