Do you have a list somewhere of any other codas and where they fit in to the series?
Not a list per se (at least I don't think so). Usually the individual book pages on my website will indicate whether there are bonuses (and usually include a link)

I just went to the link for Coda 34, and my server is saying that the link is not found. The audio version is working, but not the link to the written version. Is this a problem on my end, or has it been taken down?
