Hi again Niklas, no nuisance at all. The book is still in the works (with my publisher now) and likely to be out in the summer so I'm afraid I'll have to say the same thing again! I'm hoping advance copies will be available by late spring. I'm pretty sure you'd be able to get one on NetGalley or you can holler at me here again. Until then--
