Wow...I love the way you write, Lara Lee. I, too, was born and raised in Florida. Even though my genre is fiction, my imaginary characters experienced a lot of things I've done and had in my heart.
I think writing from our heart is why we became writers, to begin with. Glad to met another Floridian.
