I second this!!!!!
And everything on two or four legs. No thank you. Besides, Ivy'd have to throw Anita off a cliff or something.
Hard pass for me. I gave up on LKH a long time ago, and with good reason - especially after trying again recently. Anita Blake, as far as I'm concerned, ended with Obsidian Butterfly.
Maybe if Anita was still Anita & not just an avatar for Laurell's therapy sessions. She has destoryed those books. I own everything LKH has ever published but after this last book I will never buy another one.
No matter where you go in book-land you will never be able to get away from whining about Anita-sex. :D
No. Anita would be too busy screwing her 24 besties to be of any help at all. I have long given up on that series.
Nope. Don't do it. I was a hardcore fan of LKH. Both her Merry Gentry and Anita Blake series. Her last book in the Merry Gentry series & the last 2 in the Anita Blake series destroyed them for me. She has gotten crazy with writing overly long books with no substance and destroyed the credibility of her characters & their connects. It's like really bad erotica (I love good erotica) where it is just one big orgy with people they don't care about. Both characters used to be bad-ass women with brains. Now they are just an excuse to write bad pornography. Kim Harrison's character, Rachel, is to good for LKH.
LOL... I saw this question and had some reasons for a BIG NO to that, but it seems like they have already been covered;)
Anita and Rachel meeting...um YES, please...wondering if dear Ms. Laurell has seen this sort of request. well....hmmm

No, no please don't. After all the blatant date rape scenes in Blake that were blown off as no big deal, the ancient creatures who act more like teens victimized by their hormones... *shudder*
