I'm on the treadmill five days a week for a minimum of one hour. I treat it like a job a I hate but the paycheck at the end of the week keeps me going back.
My treadmill and I give each other dirty looks as I approach, I don't cave... I will not let it win ha ha! Well... unless the ice cream screaming from the freezer gets my attention, then all bets are off! 🍨🍦😜 "If we each get on a treadmill right now, one of two things is going to happen... either you're going to get off first or I am going to die.
