Thank you so much! I can't seem to read and learn, and feel as much as I can about that time period. It just grips your heart in so many ways. It must take an incredible amount of research and yet to put all the elements together to make a good, gripping story is just amazing! I have read so many, but only a handful really get a 5 star like yours!
i also loved your book, Surviving the Fatherland. It was the first book dealing with the Gdrman fmailies during the war. I always knew they had to be suffering also, but never saw anything that caught my eye and attention like your book did so I bought and read it. One of the best books I have read this year! Thank you so much for your insight and telling of this story!
