Fritz42 Can I just say that I'm glad that you are here! I don't do Facebook - I know, I'm one of the few that don't - and I hope that you'll continue to post here!

Kaje Harper Absolutely. The groups here are where I mainly live (especially my YA.) Facebook is fun to see everyone (especially a few close friends who are mostly there, apparently) but it's a bit frenetic for me.

Fritz42 It's the knowledge that it's a "bit frenetic" that keeps me away from Facebook. I love the atmosphere of this website much better. I'm glad to know that you'll still be here, too.

Kaje Harper Yeah. Definitely the quiet side of book conversations here. No popping sidebars. But on the plus side, friends who were too busy for email are coming around to say hi, so that's a big bonus.

Mariana Thanks for the answer. I "friended" you on FB. I spend less and less time on goodreads, and missed a couple of your releases and didn't like that. I'm better able to keep up with my fave authors by having multiple avenues :)

Kaje Harper Good to see you over there. I'm getting used to it. Although one thing I love much more here is having an edit function on my comments. As someone who can agonize over a misplaced comma, seeing my errors set in stone there is a little painful. But I am getting to spend time with people who don't find me here. So that part is good.

Kaje Harper Actually I see there is sometimes an edit button. A hidden edit button (facepalm). So glad Edmond Manning has agreed to give me a tutor session on all things Facebook.
