Thanks so much for asking Lesley, I'll order them separately. I've just finished The Shogun's Queen and I absolutely loved it, I cannot wait to start the rest. My favourite author for many years has been Lian Hearn, and it was her quote on the cover of The Shogun's Queen that prompted me to read it, and I'm so glad that I did. I love the Japanese historical fiction genre, I'm also a big fan of Min Jin Lee's Pachinko. Do you plan on writing any more books?
Yes, I love Lian Hearn! Am pondering what to write about next, having completed the quartet. Four books is quite a lot of writing, so I'm resting for the moment. If you have a chance do please have a look at my Geisha: The Secret History of a Vanishing World and Sadayakko - on the geisha who was the model for Madame Butterfly. Happy reading!
