Honesty like this, that published authors aren't hallowed angels for whom all works out joyfully, is very helpful. Anyone who makes it worked their ass off and doubted the powers-that-be would recognize their work, didn't they?
Absolutely! You’d be surprised how bad some stuff is on first draft. The real test is to push through it. Don’t give up.

Absolutely! You’d be surprised how bad some stuff is on first draft. The real test is to push through it. Don’t give up.
