I use a three-part system. I have a hobonichi that I keep my rough ideas in and I just sit and scribble stuff down when I am bored. Then I come up with titles for each chapter that I keep in a little cheap notebook. The main thing I use is Scrivener software I outlay the book, the characters, and the chapters in it. I use that software for all my writing it makes everything easy. Before I received it I would procrastinate on every story. I would lose my place have to figure it out and then my mind would be on another task. I started Hill's Hades in May of last year it took me over 6 months to get the next chapter done. After I changed my system I pushed out several chapters in just a few weeks.
