Well, if we look at this religious myth logically, I think "Thanatos" (Death) would ride beside every one of the other Horsemen anyway, would he not? Not sure he needs his own story, considering he's the Prime Mover in the Apocalyptic Legends anyway. Don't sweat the small stuff, Laura. :)
Yeah, that is what I was thinking also, but when there were only 3 books I was considering the possibility that Death would be the "Power" affecting the other character's stories. He seemed so disconnected from any deep emotions in the first book that I was wondering if he would direct the stories of the other characters from the sidelines without ever becoming "human" in the same way that the other three horsemen would.
