I'll admit, at this point I've been entertaining thoughts that he's some agent of the crown put in place to 'keep an eye on the underworld and do the unsavory things that need to be done.' *lol* That those high up know and that's really how he gets to stay open. *hehe My imagination is in overdrive though.
And yes, he's definitely one of my favorites. :)
