I agree. Do you feel possessive about your characters? Do they linger in your mind as probable candidates for a sequel?
I do feel possessive about my characters. I love each one of them, I think. But I haven't yet thought of creating a sequel for any of them. I don't think I'd be interested in writing books with sequels. I don't even enjoy reading such books.
