My Goodreads just updated with a release date of 2016 for Living with the dead???? Really? Why put it out there If you are going to push back Two Years? I get that you & your publisher want to create anticipation and do a huge Marketing campaign to get the most out of this series. But, I think you are forgetting about your already devoted readers who are eager to read your books. This just smells of greed and frankly I have lost interest in reading your books and I don't think I'm the only one. Sad to say I don't care to finish the series because you don't care for your readers
