I just finished rereading the series and was wondering about a fifth book also! This just makes my day and I am so excited to hear there is more to come for these characters. I do have to say, rereading The Shadow in light of the current pandemic brought a whole new creepy edge to the book. Thank you these books, they have been read many time and treasured.
Hi Haley, I had the idea for the virus quite a few years ago, knowing that there are groups in the world who are fixated on reducing the size of Earth's population, and I wanted to highlight that possibility. Of course the current pandemic has other origins, the possibility of transference from people who eat food bought from "wet markets", but the resulting effects of a pandemic by either means was something talked about years ago when I was still plotting The Shadow. I hope the book didn't put too much of a creepy edge up your spine! I'm looking forward to writing Book 5. Thanks for your comment.
All the best

That will not happen but I am so glad she is making a fifth cook I love this series
The Guardians of Time Series did come close to being made into movies and even a TV series back when the books were first released. Unfortunately, the offers were not followed through for one reason or another. One never knows what the future holds! Thanks Kay O and Giraffe Lover.
