This is my SECOND time I remade this group and for some unknown reason, GR DELETED the previous group. We were being oh so careful but there went my precious group! I mean, they didn't even put up a warning or whatsoever and the next day I just found it gone! =.=" Just come and role-play and be careful not to cross the border line.

This time, can you at least warn and reason the deletion of my group? You're probably losing a great deal of users for the inconvenience....

This group is for those who are looking to push themselves up the last bit of that steep slope from "advanced" to advanced (Yes, that does sound condescending; no, I don't mean for it to be.) and those who want to lend a hand. Basically.
See the thing is, we all learn from each other. I've learned from everyone I've ever written with. Sometimes it's things I don't want to or want to avoid doing, but generally I find the people I write with are constantly pushing me to be a better writer, albeit not intentionally.
Now, there's a few things you need a heads-up on:
· I am hella (nit-)picky. Really. Additionally, I have my fair share (or more) of OCD tendencies.
· No, you may not use your own character profile.
· Quantity is not quality.
· I will correct your grammar—I am a grammar freak and am beginning to pursue editing professionally.
· CONVENTIONS. Capitalize proper nouns and the beginning of your sentences. Limit your text-talk. (Which isn't even how people text anymore on today's modern cell phones...)
· There will be swearing. I have a potty mouth.
· I will knock your characters all over the place and cross-examine them from 360°. I am really good at developing characters (and with grammar).
· Plot is not my strong suit. Please help me.
· I will point out traps you're falling into with your writing in general, not just your characters. That being said, please do the same. Another perspective does wonders, no matter who you are or what it is you are working on.
· Be nice to each other.
· Please take any advice given with a grain of salt. And not just what I say—we are all here to help each other, I mean it. I expect to learn as much from you guys as I hope you may learn from me. Honestly, I think I will learn a lot from this group, and I hope you all do too.
· Love makes the world go 'round.
There's more to know, but I have a major aversion to public groups... So. This is what 'Bridging the Gap' is all about (or rather what I hope it will be about). Welcome.
