[close] Every month we will be reading a book with a character that is just completely unhinged. At the start of every month, we will pick from four books then just talk about it as we read. (Honestly, I am starting this group to talk to people about my favorite character trope)

[close] This group is for graduate students, PH.D students, post-docs, and those recently graduated from such programs or between programs. So many of us find or used to find reading fun or relaxing, but now find it difficult to juggle reading books for fun while also reading large amounts of material for our programs and/or jobs. This is a group for those in this situation to connect, contribute helpful tips, and commiserate about finding time to unwind with a book when the mountain of grading/research duties/assignments is always there more or less.

[close] Welcome to the Mi-State Technical College DEI Book Read group. The aim of this group is to allow faculty, staff, students, and community members a chance to read and explore books and authors who exemplify the ideals of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
