If you’re anything like me, you know the joy of holding a book in your hands, diving into a new story, and getting swept up in worlds of romance, fantasy, and adventure. But you probably also know the frustration—books can be expensive, second-hand shops are often full of worn-out titles, and staying on top of the latest BookTok trends sometimes feels impossible. That’s exactly why I started this bookstore. I wanted to create a space where readers could find the books they actually want to read—recent releases, trending titles, gorgeous editions—without paying department store prices or contributing to waste. My mission is simple: to save books from landfill, make reading affordable, and give every book a second chance at being loved.

Each tale contains a twist, often with the verbal knife, guaranteed to make you smile or laugh aloud with delight. These fables will transport you to an exotic, timeless world filled with marvels and belief in marvels. In this world, whether the little guy wins or loses depends on how well he uses his wits. Sometimes cunning, sometimes credulous, Habib has a unique way of thinking that will enable you to see the world in a new and wondrous way. Many of the stories convey moral lessons, while others convey pure amusement, bringing laughter either at Habib's cleverness or at his lack thereof.
