[close] Hello Readers, This is a story which started in November 2019, of two African strangers with a common idea to start a social literary adventure beyond a traditional Book Club aiming to restore the recognition of the contribution of extraordinary African intellectual and artistic masterpieces. Started by African women, The Black Ladies Book Club is about creating an inclusive space and crossing cultural and social bridges by means of the promotion of Afrocentric literature. Being new to this, we hope to build an exciting reading journey for African literature enthusiasts from all corners, wanting to re-discover the world through African narratives with us.
