[close] This is a roleplay group for fans of the tv show Merlin.

[close] Magic has been around since the earth has been created but it has almost always been hidden. There are only a few exceptions to that rule- one being the time of King Arthur. But magic has now been revealed to the general public by Professor Emerson Cartwright of Australia. The public are outraged and fearful about these people but none more so than the Russians. The Russian's are so fearful of magic that they banned it and execute anyone who possesses it. They weren't satisfied with that through and decided to take over the rest of the world and take over it they did. The only place they didn't manage to take over in that initial strike was England but over the next 25 years most of England fell to. The only place now left standing is the old city of London which has been renamed Camelot. Camelot is run by a man who has named himself Arthur Pendragon after the Once and Future King. He and his Knights are the worlds last hope of freeing them from the grips of Russia. Camelot accepts refuges from all over the world and they have not banned magic.

[close] As the name would suggest, this group is for people who are completely and totally in love with the greatest detective of all time, Sherlock Holmes. Whether you first discovered him by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's books, or by the modern BBC version with the very good looking Benedict Cumberbatch, I'm sure you'll love this group! And as an added bonus, discuss Doctor Who too, because most Sherlockians are Whovians as well.
