[close] Allah-u-Abhá! This group collects book recommendations from the Facebook group Bahá’í Mommies and provides a space for more focused discussion around specific books. Books shelved in this group include children’s books and adult books, books for all ages of children, books with Bahá'í content as well as books from the wider world. All titles recommended *personally* by any member of the Facebook group in response to any post are welcome to be shelved here (as opposed to books mentioned in articles or lists shared by members of the FB group, which are *not* shelved here since they have not been personally vouched for). In cases when a series has been recommended, only the first book in the series is shelved here (to prevent the shelves from becoming unwieldy)—unless a specific title from the series that isn’t the first book has been recommended. Members of the FB group and of this Goodreads group are left to their own discretion about which books are worth their time; there has been no effort to gate-keep or discriminate here, simply to gather all the recs in one place. Further discernment is left to each reader.
