[close] All 16 and older are welcome. This book club focuses on books with a mental health lean. These books have all been read by The Villain Esteem Team. We have an optional Facebook group as well in order to provide access across multiple platforms increasing the accessibility. *Trigger warnings will be provided.

[close] I recently wrote a book entitled "Borderline Affairs: A Memoir," a gritty, first-person diary-style narrative of living and coping day-to-day with the devastating disease of borderline personality disorder. I do not intend this as a self-help book or forum, but I'm interested in feedback and I'm willing to share my own experiences with others who are perhaps struggling with similar issues. This book is primarily intended for fellow sufferers, but I believe could be used by caregivers and therapists not only to recommend but also to read themselves as an insight into the lives of their borderline patients. So much remains to be known about this disease, I hope to shed some much needed light on how it feels to be a borderline patient and how real the struggle can be at times.
