[close] Dear Readers, At A&A we encourage our readers to strive to reach their best possible self. SO what better way to accomplish that than with reading? Enter the idea for Our Best Shelf. Our Best Shelf is a book club founded by Athletes & Artists artistic director, Jillian. All are welcome! In order to accommodate our growing community of athletes & artists, I have created "Our Best Shelf" as a way to get involved and stay connected. (Shelf.. Self.. get it!?) I have been starting bookclubs everywhere new I have gone since grade school. Book clubs create a wonderful platform to connect and learn about your community. That being said, you can only imagine how over the moon I am about launching Our Best Shelf! The plan is to select and read one book a month as a group. Then, during the month's last week we will discuss the work. While I will be posting questions and discussion topics, the goal is to have this grow into an open discussion.
