[close] This group is for people to post and talk about Black women or African American women in romance books in any genre. I know that I love to read romance books but I tire of never seeing books with women who look like me. It doesn't matter what shade just as long as she is a black woman (or African American if you prefer.) It's very hard to know which books have these characters unless we spread the word, as we know that the publishing companies don't like to show black women on their book covers. In addition many book covers are misleading. As much as I would like, I can't read all the books in world, so your help is needed. Thank You!

[close] Hi These days, for a book to have a great launch day, it needs at least 10 favorable reviews before anyone can even consider purchasing the book. Because, truthfully, we are all afraid of taking a chance on a book with no reviews only to lament later about money not well spent. So I would like to start an ARC review group for authors of Interracial, Multicultural and African American Romance who need this kind of support. If you would like to be a reviewer please join up. Only serious readers and reviewers are invited to join.
