The Council rule over the city closely followed by the army. In the city there are drones, robots who have replaced all police men and women. The laws are strict and all those who disobey the council are terminated. There is a group of people, the rebels. They help those who cannot help themselves. They fight for the people and stand up for the ones who've been beat. They take out drones and plan to take out the council and take over the city. Good luck.
