They must find a way to survive, even if the world will never will. Civilization must be rebuilt even if it was never meant to! They must join together and start anew and bring hope back to the planet.

[close] Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it. - George Santayana - This reading group will explore the realm of world history ranging from the cradle of civilization around 10,000 BCE to the present. It will focus on books covering specific time periods, places, people, games, food, geography, literature, navigation, warfare, art, architecture, science, poetry, drama, epics, trade, languages, mythology, archaeology, religion and much more. The works will be selected by active members through monthly polls. Hopefully this journey will be enriching and strongly inspired by the muse of history.
