[close] I've been thinking about starting a freelance editing company, but before I make the big jump I wanted to ask for some general feedback. How many of you out there would like there to be an accessible editing service, with rates far more reasonable than those the standard self-publishing sites offer? How many people would use it? How many people would never use it? What do you think editing is worth? Any other thoughts on the subject are also welcome.

[close] A launch site for authors and professional beta readers, where both can find each other and help out. This is only for PAID beta readers who would post once a month and authors who are searching for a professional reader. Readers have to be professional and responsive. Beta readers who have not read or reviewed a book as a reader or have no website or whose account is set to private will be removed. You cannot use AI at all. Authors would have to be careful to check the veracity of the beta readers. This is not the place to ask for reviews for your published or soon-to-be-published books. This group is MY safe place.
