[close] This month (August) we're reading The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett! Shelf & Society is a book club focusing on social, cultural, environmental, and wildlife topics. Our mission is to raise awareness and open up a dialogue about misunderstood or overlooked issues affecting society and our great planet. Alternating between fiction and non-fiction books, we'll explore an important new topic every month!!
