Josei

[close] This is a group where we can talked anything about Josei Manga. It’s a type of manga where it’s for adult women. A western manga would say it’s a shoujo but really it’s a Josei because it’s rated older teen instead of teen.

[close] We are a josei and seinen manga book club. We read and discuss primarily manga geared towards older men and women, such as A Bride's Story, Bunny Drop, Pluto and Afterschool Charisma. You can also play games, participate in challenges, discuss anime and more! JSR is the sister group to Shoujo Manga Book Club, Shounen Manga Book Club, and Japanese Novel and Light Novel Book Club. This group is for mature members only and is 18+.

[close] Are you tired of know-it-all snooty n00b fangirls? This group is for anyone who loves Manga, and those who aren't afraid of spoilers.

[close] A manga book club created by me ( Natalie @pagesandpanels, hiya!) where we read newly published (in the US) manga together each month and discuss it here. There will also be a video on my channel each month where I review the manga pick of the month and announce the next one. This club is not genre-specific meaning that we will read among a multitude of genres and demographics. Some months the manga will be predetermined by me and others will be chosen by a poll. Though I always welcome recommendations!
