[close] Web-Based Book Talk Your second semester book talk will be a web-based activity. Your task will be to complete both of these items: 1. Create a single entry online sharing a book following the format outlined below. 2. Respond and add a shorter reflection to at least two other students entries. For your online entry, include the following: 1)A catchy quote from the book with the page number cited that will “hook” us into reading your entry. 2)Title of the book 3)Author 4)Genre 5)Length of the book 6,7,8)Then include at least 3 paragraphs answering all prompts below: 6) In Paragraph One: NEEDS to have one or several sentences that will:  Describe the setting  Describe the main character and two other story characters  Describe the conflict of the story (man vs man, man vs self, man vs society, etc.)  Describe the theme of the story  Identify and give an example of one stylistic element the author chose to use (foreshadowing, flashback, irony, allusion, etc.) ^ You must include at minimum a sentence on each part. 7) In Paragraph Two:  Discuss why you chose this book and provide a brief overview of the novel in order for us to understand it. Don’t give away the ending in case someone else wants to read it! 8) In Paragraph Three:  Wrap up by telling whether you would recommend the book and what type of person would enjoy/not enjoy your novel.
