We all have the potential to fall apart, but it is the ability to put ourselves back together, that is the foundation of mental strength. Misinformation and ignorance around mental health leads to both generalization and stigmatization. Understanding, diagnosing, and treating mental health issues is immensely difficult and is deserving of respect.”
