But that last day you and your family embark on a tour trip to hike Mount Tonagariro, where a few of the scenes for the Hobbit and the Fellowship have been filmed. And something goes terribly wrong. Hidden deep in the hot volcanic ash and stone that lies at your feet lies something shiny, ethereal in its beauty. You don't recognise it at first, but only once the world spins and you find yourself in the exact same spot, just garbed in ancient clothing and alone, do you realize what it is. The Arkenstone, the very heart of the Lonely Mountain, or the King's Jewel. But it's disappeared. You look around, and slowly, you can piece it together. You're in Middle Earth. This idea and interpretation of Middle Earth is original, and so is protected under the copyright law.
