[close] Ok I am going crazy please help I wanted to reread a book but can't remember the title, The couple broke up because the brother of the man had pictures of the women cheating on him,that we later learn were faked by the brothers parents,she leaves and it's years later and the brother is dying and wants to see the women again because she was a friend.So the man goes to the Bar where she works with a guy she is dating.She goes home to her son named after santa claus because she loves christmas I think it was Nico or Nick he is being babysat by her neighbor who is Italian like the man.He talks the women into going to see his dying brother so he can have closer before his death.The man knows that boy is his son but still trusts his brother so they visit the hospital and while there the Man finds out the pictures his brother was shown had a women with a bare back on them the couple know they where faked because the Women has a large tattoo on her back.
